Having always been fascinated by winners in sport, I taught myself the skills required to produce a podcast, approached some guests and started The Winning Mentality Podcast. As with anything difficult, podcasting proved to be more complicated and time consuming than I'd expected but as David Axelrod famously said, "hard things are hard". It was an amazing journey and provided me with a great excuse to talk to people I find interesting. The show has had over 40,000 downloads so far.
My good friend TT and I have long talked about starting a podcast, and we finally got to it in late 2024. "Opposites Abroad" comes out every Tuesday and is about all things travel-related - whether it's country profiles, advice on how to eat/sleep/live well whilst travelling, or just some funny stories, we've got it covered!
